What areas in Ghana do you serve?+
We are based in Accra and Kasoa but install and service projects nationwide, including Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi and beyond.
How long does a typical CCTV installation take?+
A standard 4–8 camera residential install is usually completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial systems are scheduled based on a site survey.
Can I view my cameras from my phone?+
Yes. Every CCTV system we install includes free remote viewing on iOS and Android with cloud or local recording options.
Do you supply the equipment or do I buy it?+
We supply genuine, warrantied equipment as part of every quote. You can also choose to supply your own — we will install and configure it.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?+
Yes. We offer flexible monthly, quarterly and yearly maintenance plans for AC, CCTV, alarm and access control systems.
How much does an electric fence cost?+
Cost depends on perimeter length and number of energizer zones. A free site survey gives you an accurate, no-obligation quote.
Are your technicians certified?+
Yes — all our electricians, security and AC technicians are trained and certified, with years of field experience.
Do you offer warranty on your work?+
Yes. All installations come with workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranty on equipment supplied.
How quickly can you respond to a service call?+
We respond within 24 hours for emergencies and same-week for scheduled service across Accra and Kasoa.
